Why change the title? The original was much better, surely.

Incidentally, in my naivety when I started buying these books, I had thought that the names of these authors were plucked out of the air from book to book, but reading through the novels advertised at the back of this one, I find Beautiful Tramp ('She would sleep with any man - except her own husband') and Cheat ('No longer a kid - and she proved it'), both of which are written by Orrie Hitt. So I checked out Mr Hitt in the British Library catalogue and indeed they've got a whole heap of his stuff, which you can find listed on the page for Teaser.
